The purpose of the temperature protection valve AutoSafe is to protect the down-streamed analysing system in the sample flow and personnel against extremely high thermal loading.
Description
The purpose of the temperature protection valve AutoSafe is to protect the down-streamed analysing system in the sample flow and personnel against extremely high thermal loading (e.g. loss or lack of cooling water). The switch point of the valve has been adjusted to 55 °C or 65 °C (model dependent).
The valve does not need any auxiliary power.
There is a reset button for safety reasons. That button must be pushed back after response manually in order to release the sample flow.
When working with heavily contaminated water please use a filter upstream. The temperature protection valve is available with a changeover contact as an option.
